Resources

The Brighton Center Resource Directory or the Community Resource Information Guide list contact information regarding most of these available resources. These directories include contact information for: assistance with child care, finances, food, clothing, medical, and utilities; support groups for alcohol and drug addictions; education classes to receive your GED and other skills training for job retention; and counseling and family planning groups.

Resources are also available for our hispanic community:  Centro De Amistad (859) 431-5120 and the Hispanic Resource Center (859) 261-1498.

The Kenton County Public Library, Erlanger Branch offers many services as well. Their programs include: GED, resume writing, and computer classes; family, kids, and teen events; and teen focused groups, such as their teen council and teen advisory board. In addition, their services also extend to using their computers and equipment.

The Friendship City Networking committee consists of several local organizations: City of Erlanger, Erlanger-Elsmere School District, Kenton County School District, Kenton County Alliance, Kenton County Extension,  Northern Kentucky Community Action Center, Northern Kentucky Health Department, Girl Scouts Wilderness Road Council, Kenton County Public Library, and Erlanger Christian Church. Several of these organizations also offer classes, events, and counseling.
