Rebecca Hopkins is the Information Technology (IT) Director for the City of Erlanger. This position entails the development and support of the IT and voice infrastructure for every department in the city. Ms. Hopkins is responsible for city-wide technology, trouble-shooting, and management of the City's information systems.

Rebecca Hopkins started with the City of Erlanger in January 2000. Since then, she has made great strides in advancing Erlanger technologically. The City's workstations have more than doubled, the Police and Fire/EMS Departments are equipped with technically advanced methods of communication and documentation, and the City has a more unified messaging system.
